  1. Marinade chicken in curd + salt + cumin + garam masala + black pepper powder + ginger garlic paste + lemon juice + kasuri Methi and marinade for 40 - 50 minutes.
  2. Finely chop onion
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add onion and fry till light golden brown under medium flame, let it cool and make a smooth paste.
  4. In pan add butter + oil, add all whole spices and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add marinaded chicken and stir fry under high flame for 8-10 minutes, chicken will turn soft.
  5. By now chicken releases water, now add onion paste + salt + green chilli and sauté / cook under low flame for around 10 minutes by adding 1/2 cup water and cook under cover but check in between. By now chicken will turn perfectly soft.
  6. Add fresh cream, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes, lastly add pepper powder + kasuri methi. Water can be added for more gravy.
  7. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to serve.
